The Bakery

Our state-of-the-art cookie and snack production facility is located in Rotterdam, NY, where we house a 220,000 square foot climate-controlled building less than three hours north of New York City.

The facility was built in 2004, specifically to handle fresh produce in a chilled environment. The production facility will be equipped with eight cookie-production lines and a pan-bakery line. The facility will also be equipped with seven tunnel ovens.
